Whenever something is out, they usually call or offer something close. Most of the swaps have been fine, and if I say no to that, the refund comes through quick.

I accidentally placed an order and had to cancel it, and it was way less stressful than I expected. The cancel option was easy to find in the app, and the refund came through without me having to keep following up. It did take a bit to show up in my account, but I guess that’s normal. Overall, no real hassle, and I’m happy with how Instashop handled it...

I like using it overall, but I’ve noticed items are unavailable often. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, it feels like I run into missing stuff here more frequently, which can be a little frustrating...

Most of my order came just like it was supposed to, except for one small item that was off. It wasn’t nothing too serious though, and I can’t say I wasn’t happy with it overall...

The prices are fair, and the delivery fee isn’t bad either. Overall, I felt like I got a good deal without any surprises

I had an issue with my order and support got back to me in about 10 minutes, which already put them ahead of most places. They fixed it without making me repeat the whole story over and over, which was a nice change. Didn’t expect it to be that painless, but yeah, good service.

I've ordered from Instashop a few times now, and the delivery has been really fast each time. A couple of my orders even showed up earlier than I thought they would, which is always a nice suprise.

I also haven’t had any missing items or random delays so far. It just works, and I don’t have to keep checking my phone every 5 minutes wondering where my stuff is.

I order from Instashop often, and most of the time the fruits and veggies show up fresh and in good condition. The quality has been solid overall. I only had it happen once where a pack of tomatoes was a bit soft, but i’m still happy with it

I use Instashop every now and then, and overall it’s easy to figure out. Searching for items is simple, and adding things to the cart usually doesn’t take much effort.

What bothers me is when something looks available, but then later it turns out it’s out of stock. Checkout can also feel slower than I’d expect, especially when I’m trying to place an order quickly. The filters could be better too, since they don’t always narrow things down properly.

It still gets the job done, and I’ll use it when I need groceries delivered, but I do wish the app felt smoother and responded faster. It’s decent, just not the first app I’d pick every time.
